Teprve pot\u00e9 mus\u00edte p\u0159edkupn\u00ed pr\u00e1vo nab\u00eddnout osob\u011b, kter\u00e1 ho m\u00e1. Pokud osoba s\u00a0p\u0159edkupn\u00edm pr\u00e1vem rozhodne nakoupit nemovitost, mus\u00ed j\u00ed b\u00fdt nab\u00eddnuta za stejn\u00fdch podm\u00ednek jako kupuj\u00edc\u00edmu koup\u011bchtiv\u00e9mu. To znamen\u00e1 za stejnou cenu, se stejnou dobou splatnosti kupn\u00ed ceny, stejn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, stejn\u00fdmi n\u00e1roky z odpov\u011bdnosti za vady a dal\u0161\u00edmi podm\u00ednkami sjednan\u00fdmi s\u00a0kup\u011bchtiv\u00fdm.
