Poj\u010fme se pod\u00edvat, jak je to s cenami v roce 2024.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-361b8a9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"361b8a9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ke konci minul\u00e9ho roku byl pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd byt v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice nab\u00edzen za 95 500 K\u010d za metr \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00ed. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee se pod\u00edv\u00e1me na jednotliv\u00e9 kraje, je Praha st\u00e1le l\u00eddrem v cen\u00e1ch, kde za metr \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00ed zaplat\u00edte v pr\u016fm\u011bru 121 700 K\u010d. Tyto \u00fadaje v\u0161ak zahrnuj\u00ed v\u0161echny dostupn\u00e9 byty na trhu. Jestli\u017ee preferujete novostavbu, mus\u00edte po\u010d\u00edtat s je\u0161t\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stkou &#8211; v \u00fanoru 2024 \u010dinila pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 cena 139 006 K\u010d za metr \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00ed. Nejlevn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm krajem v zemi z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 \u00dasteck\u00fd kraj, kde je pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 cena bytu 35 200 K\u010d za metr \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00ed. Ani pandemie covidu, ani zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed \u00farokov\u00fdch sazeb nezvr\u00e1tily tuto tendenci. A\u010dkoli se trh na konci roku 2022 a v prvn\u00ed polovin\u011b roku 2023 v\u00fdrazn\u011b zpomalil a prodeje byt\u016f stagnovaly, ceny klesly pouze o 10 a\u017e 15 % v z\u00e1vislosti na typu a lokalit\u011b.
