I kdy\u017e se jedn\u00e1 o ciz\u00ed dluh (dluh kupuj\u00edc\u00edho v\u016f\u010di bance) z va\u0161eho pohledu, va\u0161e nemovitost bude v ur\u010dit\u00e9 f\u00e1zi slou\u017eit jako z\u00e1ruka pro tento ciz\u00ed dluh. I kdy\u017e to pro kupuj\u00edc\u00edho nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt pohodln\u00e9, hypote\u010dn\u00ed praxe nep\u0159ipou\u0161t\u00ed jin\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed.
